Glass engraving
Atelier Timotéo Vitraux produces sandblasting engravings on all types of glass supports.
Original gift ideas:
We create thick glass plates, to be placed on a wooden or Bercher stone base. We also personalize drinking glasses with the motif of your choice as well as the initials of the person for whom the service is intended.
Etching is also very useful for stained glass because it creates a texture, details, revealing other colors in the middle of a layered glass (mirror, plated).

Sandblasting engraving:
The support glass is hidden with vinyl paper and masking tape .
The cover that will give the pattern (or stencil) is cut by hand or with a cutting plotter, a kind of printer where the ink is replaced by a blade.
Once the object is completely covered, the motif is sanded in a sandblasting cabin or outdoor.
A jet of high pressured sand is sent onto the glass, which depolishes the surface of the support, or even makes it hollow.
